Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- Pepper, to taste
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3–4 cups shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add veggies: Stir in the chopped onion, shredded carrot, and minced garlic. Cook for about 3–4 minutes until softened.
- Add cabbage: Toss in the shredded cabbage and cook until it begins to wilt, about 5 minutes.
- Season: Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Garnish: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
