Stay Away from Evil and Hold Tight to God’s Light
In today’s world, it’s easy to become desensitized to things that seem harmless on the surface — celebrations, shows, or symbols that actually glorify darkness. But God’s Word is clear: we are to have no fellowship with the works of darkness, only with the light of Christ. Ephesians 5:11 (KJV) “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.” When we entertain evil, even in small ways, it opens the door for spiritual confusion and distraction from God’s truth. The Bible warns us to stay away from witchcraft, familiar spirits, and any form of evil — not because God wants to take our fun, but because He wants to protect our souls.
